FAST GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL ObeEnd ORDERS

At ObeEnd we offer a fast personalisation service worldwide with most orders produced and delivered globally within 3-6 days in the US/CA/UK, The transportation time of the product to other countries is about 5-15 days.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on when you order your ObeEnd product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 3-6 days.
(Please note: Mainland China deliveries will take an additional 3 business days for delivery).

NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to UPS delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. ObeEnd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION

Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.

These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at ObeEnd@hotmail.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

CUSTOMS FEES

If you choose standard shipping service and international postal shipping service, the package will be sent based on the DDP model (no additional fees, if there are any fees, such as tariffs, please contact our customer service support via email)

If you choose DHL expedited delivery service, import duties will be paid by the buyer.


FULL INSURANCE

ObeEnd insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and ObeEnd no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
